Just purchased a 2014 Jaguar F-Type from Jaguar Metro West . The salesman I dealt with was Craig Sutherland . Craig did a great job for us, he was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, listened to our issues and helped us get the deal we wanted. I really appreciated his attention to the details and he was always on the ball in getting back to me whenever I called or emailed. I really appreciated the attention to the details . Over all the service was great , the car was delivered on time and looked awesome. I can definitely recommend Craig and Metro West. Kevin Elliott

Dear MetroWest Management: My car broke down last month. Due to an electrical problem, the car would not start. This month the electrical problem arose again; however, this time, my car would not turn off! This bizarre problem arose as I pulled into my driveway at home at about 7:00 pm. At about 7:00 pm I called MetroWest and I was able to speak to Domenic Checchia. I hope that I have spelled his name correctly. I am writing to let MetroWest know that Domenic was exceptionally helpful. He stayed late at work to give me time to get my car to the dealership. Not only that, once I arrived at the dealership he contacted a mechanic, who was at home, to figure out how to get my car to turn off. Without going into the details of what Domenic did, suffice to say that he was finally able to get my car to turn off at about 9:20 pm after he pulled the fuse to the fuel pump, while being guided through how to do this by the mechanic that he had called. Thanks to Domenic's efforts, I was able get my car to the dealership and to get my car to turn off. I had my car returned to me today. Bruno was the person at the service counter with whom I dealt while my car was in for repairs. Bruno was extremely helpful throughout. He arranged to provide me with another XF while I was waiting for my car to be fixed. Bruno also did a great job of keeping me informed as to what needed to be fixed and when my car would be ready. While the experience of having my car refuse to turn off was certainly an inconvenience (especially when it had already been 'fixed' one month earlier) the efforts of the MetroWest jaguar staff to help me and to resolve the problem is most appreciated. When people put in that extra effort at work I believe that it should be acknowledged. Both Domenic and Bruno clearly put in some extra effort for me and it was most appreciated. Thank you.
